After distillation, Spaanse Furie rested in a heavily toasted Spanish oak barrel, which had previously held Pedro Ximenez. This has given Spaanse Furie beautiful caramel and woody notes. Spanish Fury tastes best neat and can also be enjoyed with coffee after dinner.
